The app was easy to use the driver arrived in the given time, and he was very friendly and responsive.

It will booked you a driver for 3 mins away but you will be waiting for them for 20mins.
Not bad
I prebooked the taxi for airport; I even called them to make sure they received my booking as I didn’t want to miss my flight. They verbally confirmed and the taxi driver was on time and everything went smoothly. I would like to give them encouragement for continue providing excellent service compared to previous more negative reviews. The app also allows you to see where the driver current is located so rest assured.

The app doesn’t work it just says loading driver forever it’s also sent driver to the wrong location before I know because drivers have told me they where confused on where I was even tho the adres was correct. Don’t use it if you need a cab you’ll wait for hours

I like the company and the drivers. Use them all the time. The app is glitchy and “lies” as to how much time till the pick up arrives.

You’ll have better luck getting blood from a turnip than getting a yellow cab in Victoria.
App does not work
I can’t even set this app up; I can enter my valid Canadian phone number and receive a verification code, but when I’m prompted to enter my e-mail to get receipts it always says error and please try again. And you cant skip that step. Completely useless, garbage app.

Have booked cabs through this app, and the last 3 times, no cab has ever shown up. 5:30 AM airport run, late night after a party, and midday for a meeting. Absolutely no trust that yellow cab will pull through based on their performance so far.

Never show up on time
Booked in advance for the airport, you’d think they’d realize someone going to the airport has a certain time they need to arrive. At my pickup time I was told they were 35 minutes away so I had to drive to the airport to make my flight

App not working
I have used this app for almost 1 year as it was working fine but suddenly from last 2 weeks I am not able to login. Whenever I am trying its says something went wrong. I tried updating my iphone, switch it off and on, downloaded the app twice, but nothing is working. Call Center said we can’t help you and they were really rude. I use taxi for my daily commute and spends almost CAD 250-300 a month but now I have to download other apps to get taxi as its not working and no one can help too. That’s what you get as a loyal customer 😢

Did not work for Toronto phone number
While visiting Victoria for a couple of weeks I tried using Yellow Cabs. Meh. No one answers their phone. It’s an automatic answering system and gives no eta or person to talk to. Drivers say to install the app. However the app won’t accept my Toronto phone number so I can’t use it.
