One of the most frustrating user experiences I’ve encountered.
I have to call out one incredibly frustrating design choice in this app: swiping on a video changes the channel. Why would you make that a default gesture? It happens constantly by mistake and completely ruins the experience. It’s a terrible UX decision.
Not working!
Paying for a top cable internet company and having an app worse than a a free service. It keeps not loading. Pictures don’t load. Media isn’t loaded. Stupid

כל פעם שעומדים על תוכנית ובוחרים בהסרה מהמשך צפיה, זה מקריס את האפליקציה.
אם יש לי לדוגמה 10 תוכנית שאני רוצה להסיר אז אני צריך 10 פעמים לפתוח את האפליקציה מחדש כי אחרי כל הסרת תוכנית האפליקציה קורסת.

Crashes a lot
App doesn’t work well. Takes a long time to load and will crash most of the time. Also the English was removed a while ago making it hard to use.

barely worth the 3stars
The image quality is decent and the user interface is decent. For many hours dayly the video and audio on the Israeli channels are out-of-sync (by visible seconds - while the satellite adapter has them in sync). In several lnstances we had the “catchup” chanells display only part of programs (there is no equivalent on the satellite setup-box to check against).
The video quality is good if you use an AppleTv as setop box (even better than the satellite setop box and is excellent on iOS devices too.
The most annoying is the sync issue (that might be a provider problem but we have no-way to check).

מאוכזבת
האפליקציה איטית איטית איטית והרבה פעמים בכלל לא נפתחת. הגרפיקה גרועה, משום מה האפליקציה לא עובדת במדינות אחרות מלבד ישראל. יש מקום מוגבל ברשימת צפייה וזה מאוד מאוד לא נוח. וזה ממש חבל כי יש רשימה מכובדת של סרטים נהדרים באפליקציה שלא נמצאים במקומות סטרימינג אחרים וכל התקלות האלו ממש מקשות על הצפייה בהם.

No images on iPhone
The app doesn't show images on iPhone at all - please fix.

Can’t see daily shows in a table. Very difficult to browse shows by time.

3.0 is way better but….
The app is way better than the very poor previous versions - glad they are taking themselves seriously. Unfortunately they seem to have skipped testing of the small stuff
- play/pause button works but the icon does not change
- even in zoomed mode the video does not fill the screen
- on iPad the rotation is messed up so in landscape the picture is upside down 🤦♂️

האפליקציה החדשה טובה הרבה יותר מהקודמת ונראה שהושקעה עבודה רבה בפיתוח, לצערי הכתוביות לא מסונכרנות ולכן אינה שימושית.
אפליקציה יפה אבל יש באגים רציניים

אני מנחש שכל מי שמשתמש באפליקציה יודע לקרוא אתה זה וכן גם יודע על הבאגים שיש בתוכנה שהם כאשר אתה עוזב לרגע את ה״מסך״ של האפליקציה לדוגמא לעבור לוואטסאפ האפליקציה מתאפסת. כמו כן, גם מעבר לפרק מסויים בכל סדרה בוי-או-די ישנם תקיעות עם התרעת קוד - (ERR-001) וכל זה בכל סידרה, אך יש לציין שהשדרוג מן האפליקציה הקודמת הוא בהלחלט יותר נוח חכם ויפה (בגלל זה 2 הכוכבים), אבל עדיין המון בעיות ותקלות בהפעלה אשמח אם תגובתי תתפרסם ואם תוכלו לטפל בה במהירות תודה ויום טוב.
