About

Every weight-loss app is a cheerleader. Streaks, confetti, "Great job!" for drinking water. Encouragement is pleasant, and pleasant is easy to close and forget. YET is the opposite. It is blunt, funny, and relentless. It does not congratulate you. Its entire personality is the distance between where you are and where you said you would be. HOW IT WORKS Set a goal weight and a date. Pick a before photo. Then YET sends that photo back to you every few hours, with a line about the gap, until the photo stops being true. Tap the notification and you land on one screen: your photo, the number, and two buttons. Log a weigh-in, or dismiss it and wait for the next one. ONE RULE YET is hostile about the gap, the excuse, and the clock. It is never hostile about your body. It will not comment on how you look, and it will not call you names. Weight numbers are reported as facts, including when they go the wrong way. That line is deliberate and it does not move. WHAT YOU GET - Notifications every 2, 4 or 6 hours, whichever you can stand - Your before photo attached to every one of them - Quiet hours, so nothing lands while you sleep - A weigh-in that takes two seconds, one-handed - Progress chart with your goal line on it - Before and after comparison - Everything stored on your phone. No account. No sign-in. THE EXIT Settings has a button labelled "This isn't helping me". One tap turns everything off. No confirmation dialog, no discount offer, no attempt to talk you round. Reach your goal and the app switches to maintenance mode and stops telling you that you are not there yet, because by then you are. YET PRO No ads, custom quiet hours, multiple before photos, unlimited history, CSV export, and your own written lines added to the rotation. The free version shows ads; watch one rewarded ad from the paywall and you get 24 hours of Pro. - Weekly $2.49 - Monthly $4.99 - Annual $19.99 with a 3-day free trial, which is $0.38 a week - Lifetime $29.99, paid once Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in your account settings after purchase. Payment is charged to your account at confirmation. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription. Privacy policy: https://gark6654.github.io/yet-legal/privacy.html Terms of Use (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ NOT MEDICAL ADVICE YET is a tracking tool, not a treatment. It is intended for adults managing their own weight, and it is not appropriate for anyone with a history of disordered eating. If food or weight is occupying more of your life than it should, please speak to a doctor or a qualified professional rather than an app that is rude to you on purpose.

What's New in YET

1.1.0

October 5, 2026

New in 1.1 - The free version now shows ads: one at the top of Home and Progress, one after a weigh-in. Never on the screen a notification opens. - Pro removes every ad. - Not paying? Watch one ad on the plans screen for 24 hours of Pro. - You may be asked for ad consent (EU/UK) and, on iPhone, about tracking. Saying no changes nothing else. - Your weight and photos still never leave your phone.
