Works very well, and very sturdy design, not bad video quality for basic security purposes, would love to use more of your products

Camera worked ok for a few years then increasingly kept bugging you to purchase their cloud service, even though I don’t need it cause I’m using an SD card. Finally, it got to the point I can’t deal with it anymore.. The ads are just too much nonstop. When I need to use my camera and see what’s happening I gotta sit through all these ads instead.? This is going in the trash. It’s not worth it anymore.

Averts even after subscribing
They killed a good app by making it impossible to use for the averts and pop ups. I subscribed and I still get adds and pop ups, I’m going to replace these cameras with Tapo’s when the subs are due again.
Why all the adverts?
There are too many adverts if you do not want to pay for Cloud services. It takes at least 1 minute to have access to the camera. This is so dangerous if you find yourself in a dangerous position
DONT BUY SUBSCRIPTIONS FOR THIS APP.
Won’t let you refund/cancel subscription when done with it and will keep trying to suck you dry with renewal costs.

this is not a security app. this is an ad farm. the time you spend waiting for the ad with all the hiding X buttons) is more than the time you view the video footage

Unusable after 2 weeks
Started out great, but after two weeks of using the cameras in my home, the app is essentially unusable with the amount of ads. the cameras will also not load playback at all. i’m trying to check my cameras now and I just sat through 6 ads, missed what was on the live footage, and then could not rewind to see what i missed. Will be tossing these asap!

You gotta fix the ads
Ads constantly showing up over the controls is the most frustrating design. I don’t mind ads but put it somewhere else!
AD overload
The worse security app, 4 minute ads every time you open the app, which is scary if something is actually happening in your home and you want to see camera footage. Constant ad pop ups to get you to upgrade, so annoying. Unfortunately it’s too late for me to return the camera but I’m definitely switching to a more costumer service friendly app with less ads and better picture quality.

Extremely useless app, ads continually pop up, when I say continually I mean it’s ridiculously impossible to navigate with all the pop ups.
Always demanding buy upgrades, can not even use my SD card without upgrading. I could never recommend any camera that uses this software.

Too much unnecessary advertising, you cannot see the video.
Poor app and requires subscriptions
When I bought this camera about 5 years ago the app was brilliant, didn’t need a subscription for basic alerts and there was no ads. Now you can’t even see the live footage without being blocked by continua ads. The basic charges are high just to be able to see alerts (which is what I got the camera for).

I am being charged for so many subscriptions I have never purchased before ima have to give this app a one star until they help me figure out this problem and because of this problem I now have a problem updating any of my apps on my phone because of a purchase before it says and billing problem thanks to this app please help me and cancel all of the subscriptions on my profile or simply delete it for me help help thank you

Horrible customer service
Not only are the products sub par but the customer service is nonexistent. Several other services are better and cheaper.
Junk app
You will not able to see camera each time you open the app until you waste several minutes for the advertisement screen to go away. About a few seconds later, you have to watch another ad before you can do anything for the camera. It is full of junks extremely annoying! I ended up throw away the camera and deleted the app.
