Too many ads
Bought your product, but can't use due to constant popups and ads. Shouldn't have to subscribe, already paid for product. Don't buy this camera.
Absolutely Terrible!!!!
Buy an IPCAM that needs this app to function but to use the app without ads you need to pay a subscription!! Cutting my loses on the camera and getting a Tapo!! Ads pop up every 10 seconds when trying to watch playback etc! Hate HATE this app!!!
It’s not letting me cancel auto-renewal
This app is bugging out, the customer service isn’t letting me cancel subscription and delete account, I recommend you buy better cameras
Ads are Dumb
Purchased this camera a few years ago and it does the job. Now I have to wait about a minute to look at the camera because I have to wait for ads to finish. This was not what I originally purchased. I purchased this so that I wouldnt have to pay a subscription fee, now if I don’t want to see ads, I need a subscription, great.

Lost another long term customer
I’ve had these cameras for at least 8 years. Ive bought 9 of them all together. Because for many years. This app and service wasn’t too bad I mean for the price. But idk what happened. The cameras a not the best but for the price that was expected. I used to think these lightbulb cameras was pretty good even recommended them to a few of my friends. But with all the pop ups and bs that the app is about now I’m done with them! I can’t even use my sd cards anymore to view my videos because of the pop up’s I see no reason to spend more $ on cloud or anything the developers/company try’s to come up with to make more $ off of. When the picture and sound quality is the way that it is. And again for the price of the cameras that’s expected. Loose the pop ups and maybe I’d stick around. No thanks on a discount! DO NOT USE
I use to use this about 2 years ago. Now it’s all ads and makes your phone lag. All they offer is a discount for the ads.
Trash product
This is the worst camera app; once you stop paying the annual fee, they won't let you view the cameras anymore because they fill the app with ads—it's outrageous.

This app is ridiculous!
The pop-ups are terrible. The ads are insane. I’ll never buy anything from an ad that they have or anybody else. I’m so sick of them you go to close the ad and you’re actually tapping it and it opens up another page. It’s terrible!!!

Camera doesn’t even work. Won’t let me delete my account or unsubscribe, continues to charge my card. It’s been 2 years. My refund inquiries and cancel subscription inquiries won’t go through and there is no number to call, it’s all AI bots. It won’t delete your account until the inquiries get approved.. which they won’t even process. Don’t do this to yourself. There are plenty of better cameras out there.

It's gone really bad
I have been with them for few years until my camera went offline no one can help me apart the robot that answers all my questions. Unfortunately I have to leave it as we're just going in circles and nothing being solved. I am afraid I have to change then.
Bad Reviews
So many bad reviews and I am not alone having the same issue. This doesn’t even deserve a one star. What a waste of money and time. Don’t buy!
Video duration
Too many adds Video is too short 6 seconds is not enough time. At least 30sec to a minute of viewing time option as I don’t want to pay for cloud. Paying Camera was enough. I had a camera prior to this one and it was free! I regretted buyin this one. You are compromising. The Security. Of the client.

Rubbish
You sign up for trial or pay monthly fee its ok but the minute you cancel the app becomes unusable because of the relentless adverts . Dont use and dont buy the products
Unable to cancel subscription
I have reached out to support numerous times to close my account and to cancel my subscription. Each time they assure me that I have not been charged and that it will not renew.. but every day I wake up to the 15.99 failed charge as it continues to try and process the renewal. I no longer needed the service as I have gone to a different “trusted” service.
All in all it’s a hassle and I just want it to be over.

O bought one of the cameras for a baby monitor. If you don’t subscribe to their services, the app is all but unusable. Avoid their products. You’ve been warned
