I used this app a lot but every time I get ads and have to close out the app, and motion detection and Ai both cost money, I do not recommend this app and recommend using another app like Vicohome

Billing deceptive practice! App malfunction!
Even after cancelation, I still get non-authorized charges on my credit card!
Right after noticing the app was malfunctioning, having bugs and not allowing me to properly access the cameras for vigilance, I proceeded to cancel.
I noticed the charges on my credit card and barely was able to access the malfunctioning app for requesting again, the subscription canceling assurance and refund.
7 months after I am still dealing with the unresolved billing deceptive practice! I will file a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). And submit the issue through the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform. Besides canceling my credit card!

Cloud service Not recommended
I purchased the cloud coverage for multiple cameras. The company charged my card twice for the subscription, refunded one of the charges and canceled my service. I have went back and forth with them on multiple occasions and they do not take care of the reported issues even when providing the confirmations of the transactions. Do yourself a favor and go with a different provider. Cameras work great, but service for cloud coverage not recommended.
