Billing deceptive practice! App malfunction!
Even after cancelation, I still get non-authorized charges on my credit card!
Right after noticing the app was malfunctioning, having bugs and not allowing me to properly access the cameras for vigilance, I proceeded to cancel.
I noticed the charges on my credit card and barely was able to access the malfunctioning app for requesting again, the subscription canceling assurance and refund.
7 months after I am still dealing with the unresolved billing deceptive practice! I will file a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). And submit the issue through the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform. Besides canceling my credit card!

Cloud service Not recommended
I purchased the cloud coverage for multiple cameras. The company charged my card twice for the subscription, refunded one of the charges and canceled my service. I have went back and forth with them on multiple occasions and they do not take care of the reported issues even when providing the confirmations of the transactions. Do yourself a favor and go with a different provider. Cameras work great, but service for cloud coverage not recommended.

DO NOT USE!!!!
I signed up for the cloud services and was paying $15.99 a month. After a month of two they started charging my card every 2 weeks I tried to email and handle the situation and they refused to give me my money back and refused to cancel/remove my card information. I had to cancel my entire card through my bank to avoid them stealing my money every 2 weeks and not even giving me the cloud services! The customer support was horrible!

App changed and get slammed with ad after ad -even if you’re paying for a subscription, which they give you the run about when trying to cancel!!! I have tried several times and still getting charged! Seriously the absolute worst camera app and horrible customer service!!

Does not work for the older cameras
I have used Yi for years ! And now my cameras need to be on this older app and they won’t connect on the app, it’s very frustrating. Customer service never allows me to get through for help either.

This app is a masterclass in deceit, signing up is effortless, but canceling is a labyrinth of dead links, bot responses, and invisible walls. They don’t just avoid helping you; they actively obstruct you. Stay far, far away.
Mixed feeling
I have mixed feelings cause I didn’t know I had to pay for a subscription when I first bought the camaras also I just paid them for my monthly fee and Im still being told Im not subscribed to the cloud even thought they offered me a fantastic 2 months free. But still after that it still showing Im not connected to the cloud Im confused!! And the plans are crazy expensive

The worst
The camera sucked worked for a month and got charged for a year of cloud never got it and have had 5 conversations with I’m guessing robots to get my money back and everytime they say I will get it bak and a month free. Then they tried taking another year 3 times instead of giving me my money back. I would not recommend this camera and app EVER to ANYONE

Not making this zero stars makes me sad…
I use my internet connection to live view, from my router, to my phone, but I have to pay for access to view something from a camera that I bought. And then I can’t even view the data off of my sad card for more than 2 seconds without getting an add. If you see Yi or Zklink on any item you purchase, immediately return it and get your money back. The whole company is trash just being associated with them.

Don’t respond to queries or recognise subscription since unable to install YIIOT on new phone. Have asked for refund, they don’t bother to respond to anything. Shocking customer experience and stupid timed viewing even with active subscription.

For years, I used the YI Home camera app to watch my yi Dome camera, suddenly adds started to appear make it an impossible to watch the cameras now they changed the app and I cannot even connect them. I have 25 cameras I have to throw to the garbage don’t use this company.! don’t buy any cameras with this app you will only see ads

Very bad app and a lot of ads😡
I used the previous version, and then they switched to this new ZK Link, but they haven't made any improvements to the app. First of all, they put in an exorbitant number of ads. Secondly, it doesn't work at all for watching older videos; you can only watch live videos. They sell us the cameras, we pay for the cameras, and then they bombard us with ads. I've had to use another app that's much better than yours, even though you're the manufacturer, and that's why I'm giving it one star.

As far as I’m concerned, this is a scam
I downloaded this app because I was told that the cameras that I had bought use this app and that I could use my cameras for free. This app ask for your credit card. I didn’t want to give my credit card, but there was no way of getting past it so I tried it. It said that there would be no charge zero. As soon as I gave my credit card, my card was attempted to be charged twice. Two dollars each charge. My account did not have enough to cover the card and the card service that I had blocked the charges because they thought it was a scam. that was yesterday today y’all attempted to take $39 out of my account and again my card service blocked the charges for the same reason. Y’all might as well stop trying to charge my account because there will be no money in that account. Y’all weren’t supposed to charge me anyway. If this happens one more time, I’m getting a new card and I will report y’all as fraud
