Another great idea but….

Like many of the food apps, it’s a great idea but there needs to be an ambassadorial incentive in place, to raise the participation.

인디 리뷰

UI/UX가 전체적으로 중티나고 불편하지만 버려지는 음식 없이 환경에 도움이 되고자 하는 취지는 좋은 것 같다. 저렴한 가격으로 기프트 박스를 살 수 있어 추후에도 계속 이용할 것 같다.

No refund

Major problem is that you are unable to get a refund that is an error that should be addressed by the app. We payed for food from a bakery, we got there at least 35 mins before the pickup time, we could not locate the bakery and both google and Apple Maps led us to the wrong places. This is neither the bakery’s or our fault, but at the end of the day the app should provide since we did not get the food we payed for as directions to the bakery were so unclear. We sent proof of payment and location confusion screenshots on Life360, still no refund was provided, wouldn’t recommend.

แอพดีเยี่ยม ต้องเลือกดูรีวิวร้านดีๆ

คอนเซปดี แต่ขึ้นอยู่กับร้านค้า เจอร้านดีก็ดีเลย บางร้านพนักงานไม่ได้ใส่ใจขนาดนั้น แนะนำให้ดูรีวิวก่อนสั่ง แอพคัดสรรร้านได้ดีเยี่ยม เลือกร้านที่มีคุณภาพดี

ในแอประบุว่าจะส่งไม่เกิน40นาทีแต่สถานะขึ้น on the wayมา2ชมค่ะ โทรไปเช็คกับร้านยังไม่มีriderเข้าไปเอาเลยค่ะ แย่มากๆ

Poor user experience

The search button doesn’t work, and the drop down list doesn’t always appear when searching. The map actually flickers during the search. (Redownloading the app also doesn’t fix the issue)

Notifications are also a hit or miss. The user experience could definitely be improved.

Kids enjoy it

Receive 6 pots of various flavours. Staff is kind to check when I requested for non-beef. Kids also enjoyed the pasta/macaroni

Scam alert

Made a $11 order for twelve cupcakes at Nex but upon payment it changed to Chinatown Point and then no cancel order feature for immediate solution. Tried calling Chinatown Point but to no avail. No one picks up the call. Contacted Yandii support via whatsapp, they said once order made no cancel no refund. Gave me a $2 bloody voucher.

Bad experience when open the app

Everytime I want to order food on this app , it keep showing the waiting icon saying for better user experience? I have been waiting for 30 minutes and i still can’t get in even I update the app to the latest version

Cannot log in with Apple ID after I created the account

I can’t use it at all since I cannot log in after I created the account. Then I tried to use another email, and it says my phone number is already in use so cannot create any account…… that’s a loop that cannot be resolved ….

Notifications issue

Phone and app notifications are on but I’m not receiving notifications for certain stores. The status always shows as ‘sold out,’ but I can still see others commenting and leaving reviews at the end of the day.
