It never works
It doesn’t recognize my email nor allow me to login. What is the point?
Not working
System logged me out and no longer recognizes my password. Says portal no longer available. I’ve been recording my health info (weight etc) on this app. One star

I deleted the app in less than two minutes can’t recognize the email I am a member 2 years ago

I still love the YMCA. Unfortunately pickleball has become so popular in general that playing at the Y isn’t much fun anymore. In 2 hours you may get 3-4 games lasting 5-10 minute each of varying levels of play. People are very nice however!

So grateful to the Y for having excellent classes, excellent instructors and welcome staff.
There are some days id rather not be working out, but the staff just cheers you on…and i do like being able to schedule my classes and interact with the app
The equipment is updated regularly. and the members i see clean the machines after usage.
I have been to all the Y’s in my area, but am very partial to Greendale… it feels like home

Does not work. Not linked to ymca of central mass. Can not login.
Won’t allow login
Keeps saying the credentials aren’t correct. I am logged in on my computer. Tried resetting my password. No luck.
Schedule is not up to date
Overall I like the App. I would like it more if you kept the schedule current. Next week is school vacation week and this week my instructor said her classes next week have been cancelled. The schedule shows they are still on. If I wasn’t at the class this week I would think next week’s classes were still on.

Doesnt recognize email or password
Doesn't work! Keeps saying error.
It’s okay but...
why the heck doesn't the QR code reader work? I scan the machine, and get an error each time which means I’ve just got to log it manually anyway. I might actually use it more if all of the functions worked.
Don’t Bother
Been a member of the Y for the past 2 years. Had the old app. Got a new phone and downloaded this one. I deleted it in less than 5 minutes. Doesn’t recognize my email address for the Y. Can’t reset a password if it doesn’t recognize my email. No way for you to use your membership number. No way to connect at all. Totally worthless and a waste of time. Don’t listen to the fake reviews posted here, it’s not a good app at all. Can’t even send a review without it asking for a nickname and no matter what I put it the app says the name is already taken.
