Usefulness is poor

About the only thing this app is useful for is displaying your member barcode to check in at the facility. The two fields that track your visits are unreliable and often don’t update until days later after your visit. The app doesn’t seem to talk to the facility computers but only periodically. So in summary, the app is good for checking in but little else. Tracking your workout activity is better done on a different platform.

Automatic Display of Member Check-in Barcode

The latest update causes the member ID barcode to be automatically displayed when the app is opened. I have toggled the switch to disallow this, but it continues to come up every time I open the app.

Apple Wallet

Will there be any way to add the membership card to the apple wallet like the old app? Thanks.

Virtual videos always freeze

While watching the virtual videos they start to freeze up after a minute or two and in order to keep watching them I have to skip forward 15 seconds. Sometimes that works and sometimes I have to manually move the slider bar forward. This makes the videos unwatchable so they are of no use until this problem is fixed. I tried watching some of the older videos with the old app and have no problem. I’m using an IPhone XSMax running UOS 14 and have changed browsers to try using both Safari and Firefox but the same problem occurs. The rest of the app seems fine but the videos are a key component of the app since I still don’t feel comfortable going to the gym.
