Update broke app
Been using the app for years and now can’t figure it out. You can’t register… can’t do much. Please fix!

Exercise in frustration
We all love the Y but this app makes the experience frustrating. There is a check in button but the Y can’t see if you are actually registered for the class unless you check in at the desk. The worst part is registering for classes. The page reacts differently each time. You never know if it will take you backwards a day instead of forwards. When that happens you are late registrations and cannot get into the class of choice. 1 minute makes a difference. Often if you pull up the page to check your registration you are unregistered and lose your place for classes. It should be EASY to ADD a message asking if you really want to unregister. Since this App is designed for Honolulu Hawaii we do not change to Daylight Saving Time. when the time on the continental US changes to or back from daylight savings time you are not allowed to register at the usual time. You have to wait another hour wasting our time. Please fix the flaws!

Poorly designed app
Love the people at the YMCA, but the app is woefully below par. No means of saving login details (let alone use Face ID); no means of saving check-in barcode to Wallet…
YMCA official app for Honolulu
Downloaded official app from the Apple Store and the app doesn’t allow me to create my own account.
The official app doesn’t allow me to use my scanned account number that was assigned to me when we originally signed up in 2022.
The Leeward YMCA staff is awesome but the official app doesn’t work.
Please address your app issues!
