Love it
Great for you physically and mentally
A real lifesaver
I got a pacemaker a year ago and no longer can keep up with a lot of my fellow hikers and cyclists. I found Les Mills “The Trip” series for stationary bikes the perfect program for me at this time. These workouts are about 40 minutes long and really give me the opportunity fir a great aerobic workout. You feel like you’re really on a road even though it’s imaginary. They are many ‘episodes’ to choose from and it’s a lot of fun. Les Mills The Trip us a real game changer for me. So now I mix this with yoga and some strength training. Hopefully overtime, I get stronger and won’t give into despair. Even if I have to wait for a better pacemaker with better technology, with my Les Mills, I’ll be ready for it!

Nice App
Works great to reserve classes. Wish the ‘check in’ was tracked.
Fitness group classes
Excellent caring instructors
Love YMCA
Natalie Y is always very clean and I love the group exercises here. All the stuffs are very friendly
Basic
Better filtering between classes, favoriting upcoming classes, etc. It's such a pain to have to use the glitchy app and go through 20+ steps to see what classes are available and try and sign up.
User friendly!
Finding a class and signing up are extremely intuitive so it makes it very easy to use. Also love having my membership barcode in my wallet app as an added convenience
Great aquatic exercise classes— but POOR entry for folks with mobility issues
The Y has a dedicated team of aquatics instructors who work in the regular pool and in the warm water pool. However, the lower door at the back parking lot used to be open until the pandemic. It was closed at that time for controlled access reasons.
Since then, the back door has not been reinstated, which means that people with mobility issues have an extremely long walk from the back parking lot up to the front entry point, then once in they have a ride down the elevator and another long walk down two halls.
Reopening the back door would mean that they could enter at the start of the lower hallway. This needs to be addressed. It certainly should be open for the morning hours until at least 2 o’clock because that’s when most of the people with mobility issues come!

Awesome!!
It is an awesome app!
Awesome Y App
I had no idea you could do this much from the YMCA app and to be honest, it’s been about seven years since I was a member and oh wow, have things changed… For the better! This app not only allows me to easily track all of my activity done at the Y or even outside the Y but it satiates my competitive spirit, and keeps me engaged as I watch my results, and my standing among all of the other app users out here.

YMCA Frederick County
The Frederick County YMCA app is generally very responsive and easy to use. I appreciate that it has the option to add the event to my calendar and reminds me that a calendar invite is not the same as a class registration. The “notices” is also helpful, particularly to inform users of unexpected closures or cancellations.

Bonney girl
I love this app so easy to use. Even an old senior citizen can do it.

Glitches
I can’t even get to the log in page. I’ve tried deleting and downloading to no avail!! Please fix this. Is it an incompatibility with iPhone?
