Variety Activity @ Classes Fair Price
There is a variety of classes for people of all work out levels with wonderful instructors. Pool and gym area very clean and well kept. YMCA has very fair prices. Monthly luncheon with information sessions on a variety of topics. Parking available on site. Would definitely recommend.

Great people and facility
I’m a member of the Northwestern Connecticut YMCA and have Nationwide Membership and when I stop in I’m always made to feel welcome.
The Glen Cove Y has great members, staff and equipment like it should be.

Y is the best
This Y app is so easy to use and so useful. You can quickly see what classes are available either by date or type. Once you decide you can secure your spot in the class by booking it. Try it. I bet you will agree.
