This is atrocious
This is quite literally the worst app ever it never works and everything sucks this is trash never get this app I warn u its so bad I hate it
Check in issues
The new update looks good but the check-in doesn’t work. It causes a back up at the branch if each member’s ID has to be manually searched. It needs to be fixed.
Not working
This app will not populate the available classes unless I uninstall and reinstall the app every day. Super frustrating. Please advise how to fix.
Missing Barcodes
I have a family membership and all of my family members’ barcodes have disappeared from my app so I can no longer scan anyone in but me.
Issues updating the member status
I somewhat recently got a membership with my family and when I added another member, it wouldn’t show up on the app. So now I can’t check in that member of the family via barcode.
