Still Doesn’t Work

Still cannot log on, it just spins at “logging in”

Mostly Works If It Opens At All

It often will not get past the opening splash screen which makes it totally unusable. Not the easiest to use when it does open. Unfortunately we have to use it when registering for classes. 👎

Doesn’t work for scheduling pickleball

Frustrating

sign in

don’t work.

Stinks

Very difficult to locate programs and sign ups. Not clearly defined windows. Doesn’t work half of the time.

So far so good

It does what I want it to. Basically I just want to use the app to book classes which I can do. I wish you could reserve pool lanes through the app

Absolute garbage

This app is so horrific it’s laughable. Good luck logging on, it doesn’t work. I have tried to delete and reinstall the app, restarted my phone, and anything else I can think to get this app to work. The worst part is this “new and approved app” is now the only way to schedule classes at my YMCA location.

Doesn’t work

I entered my log in credentials and it says they don’t exist. The old application worked fine.

Doesn’t Work

I entered my email address and it returns an “invalid email” error. It doesn’t allow any further action. I confirmed my email address is the same as works perfectly in the old app.

Come on

The credentialing and authentication processes are much improved.

But this app behaves and feels like a web app. The tabs are unresponsive. The screens aren’t adapted for mobile. The content is forced into pre-determined categories.

This reeks of a developer doing what they want, rather than figuring out what end users need.

New app. Won’t open

I just down loaded the new app and it doesn’t open.
