Terrible app / service
App doesn’t seem to work well enough to even make a complaint about our food not turning up. Spent £80 on takeaway and my wife ended up going to collect it. Seems to be because the app is so poor the takeaway didn’t get our full adress.

Remove Marketing Messages
This company constantly sends marketing messages and makes it impossible to unsubscribe I will be reporting this constant spamming to the communications watchdog OfCom

Honestly probably the worst app out there. Takes forever to make an order never remembers your past orders. It’s really poor you’ll see what I mean

Good but...
The apps good but theres 2 improvements that are needed. 1. On Iphone x and above, the bottom part of the app is covered by the home button meaning some functionals aren't accessible. I had struggles accessing my account settings and other important information due to this. Just needs the bottom part to be moved up a bit. The part i'm refering to is the rewards, wallet, notification and more buttons. 2. I feel like flux should be integrated into the app for order receipts. This cuts back on the need for paper receipts and keeps it all organised in peoples banks. I use monzo for my personal banking and to have all my receipts in my banking app at a press of a finger is a absolute game changer. Apart from these 2 things the app functions perfectly and i'm very happy. My orders went through fine and its been a smooth experience. If these 2 things are addressed then my review will be a 5 star. Thank you.
Update 30/07/2022 The information section of a restaurant page doesn't load. I cannot see any information such as when they're open, their bio or anything. It just keeps loading but displays nothing. This is starting to feel like a rushed and incomplete app.
Update 14/01/2023 The support team hasn't responded to my support ticket in over 3 weeks. At this point i'd avoid this company....

SCAM
Restaurant tried to rob our money off this app - didn’t deliver then still charged us full price. After a lot of messages they finally agreed to refund us as a “gesture” as yofoodie sided with the scammer restaurant.
Upgraded app that doesn’t work
Upgraded the app so cannot use the old one but the new one just comes up with we do not service your area! Did before and all the restaurants on there still do via other apps. Time spent trying get it to work we missed last order from restaurant wanted order from!

If you do not provide service in any area because of this no one can give us bad review. We do not have any issue if some one use our service and review us for that service. We can see this person did not use our service and we give to correct message to customer "we do not have service at your area". How come appstore publish this review. I would request you to remove this review please.
