Not user friendly

Perfect!

Yoga has truly changed my life, and after trying many classes and apps, I found Down Dog. It’s by far the best. The instruction is excellent, and what makes it special is that it isn’t just about poses—it also brings the mindfulness and calm that yoga is really about. If you’ve been thinking about starting yoga, do yourself a favor and start with Down Dog.

Certainly My Favourite App

Has to be my favourite app on my phone. Maybe not most regularly used - only once/day - but definitely the best. Makes me excited for my yoga practice. Highly recommended.

Best at Home Workout App

I started using Down Dog a few months ago, and my body already feels noticeably stronger and more flexible. I love that I can customize each workout based on how I’m feeling that day, which keeps my practice fresh and sustainable.

Recently I’ve started experimenting with the HIIT workouts, and I’m already noticing progress. Before Down Dog, I relied on signing up for gym classes because I wasn’t disciplined enough to work out consistently on my own. Now I have a home workout routine that I actually stick with.

The flexibility, variety, and quality of the workouts have made it much easier for me to stay consistent. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an effective and adaptable fitness app.

Better than Therapy

Yoga has given so much and I recommend this anyone in every once that I can. I love that I can have a practice at my house at the park at the beach wherever is convenient for me. And I know that these yoga sessions helped to keep me away from painkillers and other medication’s. I was inspired by Kareem Abdul-Jabbar that playing for 20 seasons with practically no injuries and he stood at 7’2”

Great way to start the day. Must do more of this … great options and love the time customization

I have used this app for over a year now and it really suits my lifestyle. I like that you can choose how long each practice is and the option to work on certain parts of the body.

Made me a yogi

I started using this app during COVID, having done one formal class. When I went to class a year later, I was one of the more advanced students. It truly gives you the core fundamentals of yoga. I now work in Wellness and prefer to use the app in nature than a studio and know i get a full practice including standing poses which is rare in person. I tell everyone who asks about my practice.

The Best Total Health App

I’ve tried out many other exercise programs, meditation and breath work apps. Down Dog is hands down the best. Each session varies. You can build muscle, do cardio, Pilates, barre, breath work, everything. Best part is you are in co trial of your time. Many other Bootcamp apps say only 10-15 mins but are always longer. I work 12 hour days and Down Dog has helped me stay on track during work week and beyond.

My Favorite Yoga Practice

I’ve been using this app on/off for 9 years. And it always gives me something to look forward to when I come for a yoga practice.

The variations provide thousands of different practices, and adding enhancements gives it a more personal touch for your own practice. I love sharing this app with loved ones when they are open to a practice. Being able to set the difficulty and level of instruction, and having a video to follow, helps to find the correct posture for each pose.

This app is a great accompaniment to a yoga class as well, so that you can start to remember the pose names and get to know what follows for each pose type.

All in all, even when I take a break from yoga, I’m always happy to return back to this app. :) Namaste Down Dog

Customizable

I love that I can tell the app exactly what I want to focus on, and it will create something specifically focused on that. I feel so much better since I’ve been using it.

Great

Every day is a little different and you can customize the length and style of workout based on your mood and schedule. The poses can be eliminated if you don’t like them and the ones you do like can be incorporated more. Highly recommend! This is the longest I have stuck to an online/app based workout ever!

Personalizes to you

Pick the level of difficulty, pick the time of day, pick the focus and then thumb up or down your favorite poses. After a while you will have your favorite flow.

I’ve had the app for over five years

I’m a Massage therapist by trade and this has been one of the apps I always recommend when clients are struggling with mobility and flexibility. It’s a great app for newcomers to yoga and perfect for after workout stretches and rest days that you also want to stay active in - I’ve just finished a one hour session of Down Dog and I feel absolutely amazing. I haven’t been to the gym in a week so I want to get back by preparing my body by starting off with a nice long session of mobility and stretching.

I feel AMAZING! Best £30 (Annually) ever spent.
