Whistles and Go go go?
I like that there are few relaxing yoga practices. However this is Yoga for relaxation and each pose starts with a guy shouting Go, Go , Go and ends with a whistle. Like in the military. How about some more relaxing sounds simply spoken “ release the pose” and “start the pose” in a soft relaxing voice. What were you all thinking?
