A great resource for yoga teachers and students
I have practiced with Samantha for the past year, so I was very excited to try her new app. A great resource for teachers and students alike. Practices are organized by body parts and give great tips and tricks for how to target these areas. Quick and short classes are great for a quick reset. I use the app mostly for inspiration for planning my yoga classes.

Awesome App!
My biggest flaw in practicing yoga is my form, I love the way this app breaks down the form of each pose and helps me grow my yoga knowledge! Can’t wait to see more.
