CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT Create and manage accounts, mailboxes and recipients. Track ID document verification status (USPS Form 1583 and equivalents) to stay compliant. REQUEST PROCESSING Approve forwards, schedule pickups, handle check deposits, shredding and recycling according to customer instructions.
