It doesn’t even remember your email address at login! Developers must not be using the app.
Sign out issue
After the last update it now signed out after each time using the app, it doesn’t sign in itself and have to do this each time you use it and for every receipt, so annoying as before it was fine
Bad
Every update makes it worse. It’s clear as day that the team/person who made this has not used their own app or other expensing apps because first use in this app you’d recognize the glaring UI issues.

Who ever designed this app has no clue what they are doing. And every update they just keep making it worse and worse.

Not user friendly
last update is not user friendly , it’s more complex than older version!
App won’t work
I have deleted and redownloaded, checked my IOs is up to date, checked the app is up to date, restarted my iPhone and nothing works. Not easy to get a hold of customer support.

Very easy to use app, I took a picture of my receipt and received my reimbursement within 2 days.
Great App for company expenses and invoices
Use Yokoy for work and makes submitting and approving expenses and invoices a breeze compared to what I have had to use in the past. Would recommend
Doesn’t work on mobile
Just doesn’t work on mobile stuck in an authentication loop. Also the expense steps are poorly designed
Poor design and hard to use
Whether it’s ai or not doesn’t matter to me, I input the data manually, but the UI design is horrible, very easy to mistouch a back key and lose all things just input, waisted me a lot of time.

You have to login every time , when we are uploading expenses all day.

„Die Reiseerfassung wurde vereinfacht“ …. sehe ich komplett anders. Sechs unnötige Schritte, was vorher in drei erledigt war. 🤷♂️
Es dauert entsprechend auch doppelt so lange eine Reise zu erfassen. Bitte wieder Rückgängig machen.

Time Saver und sehr benutzerfreundlich👍
Mit Yokoy ist es so einfach. Bin auf Geschäftsreise. Mache ein Foto, muss fast nie etwas ausfüllen und dann bin ich auch schon fertig. Verliere dadurch keine Belege mehr und muss auch nicht mehr während der Arbeitszeit suchen und kann mich besser aufs Weste Luchs fokussieren. Dazu ist die App wirklich intuitiv und übersichtlich aufgebaut. Bin wirklich begeistert von den Tool!

Bad user experience
This app is so bad. You can’t even write a comment on an expense without the keyboard popping up. You’d think with big clients and being a Swiss brand it would operate more professionally.

Case Study on Bad Functionality
This app is horrible, not only does it barely function but the core promise of AI supported expenses is a flat out lie.
Would you like to spend hours finding missing receipts that you know you attached, correcting the most obvious mistakes the AI gets? (wrong date, wrong expense category, wrong currency, etc.)
How about a system that is so unintuitive we had to make our own training on how to “game” the system just to make it functional?
I don’t know how they’re connected to UBS, but combine those two and you’re in for some real pain. I just hope whatever kickbacks are going to our executives justifies the hours of wasted time.
