Declines constantly
Since the moment I arrived overseas this card is constantly declining everything depite ample funds , all settings are correct, customer support seems to either be strictly adhered to Chinese new year or is non existent.
Not worth it
I have downloaded the app the and put some funds in it. When I am trying send money to a different bank account it is asking a reason saying “search by description” and that’s it nothing happening not even a next or send button popping up. Do not download until this bug is fixed.

Makes travel a breeze
Yondr gave me piece of mind during my holiday, especially as I wanted to do a lot of shopping and not worry about the international currency. I knew i was getting the best rate and saving money compared to anyone else.

Don’t get this! I have been waiting 4 days for my money & still don’t have access. The only way to contact the company is SMS & they fob you off!
Cannot add Virtual card to Apple Pay
I tried by adding couple of cards in app but cannot add them to Apple Pay to use the card.

I loved this app overseas. It was so easy to transfer money into this account and convert directly from AUD to USD. Not to mention no extra international fees and the best exchange rates in Australia. I also love the fact that I can have multiple digital cards and Apple Pay because I did forget the physical card at home and the digital cards were my saving grace.
If you’re looking for a simple travel card without all the fees of a big 4 this is it! 10/10

Very poor onboarding and UX needs to improve
Almost impossible to reach the support team to finish on boarding. The UI/UX needs to be improved. - screens/windows don’t fit correctly on iPhone screen. - first attempt of password/passcode always says incorrect. If you enter the same passcode on second attempt, app allows you to login. Every time you initiate a support chat on their website, you get an “welcome to yondr” email, which is pretty annoying. Please mention that you are still in beta so that new customers have realistic expectations.

Incredible app, budgets for me, breaks down my expenditure into categories, live per transaction
& Money transfers instantly to and from the account!! The Apple Pay feature is a gem now as well. Keep up the good work guys 👌🏼

Awesome for overseas travel
The rates with Yondr were super competitive and the user experience simple but informative. I really liked getting instant notifications when a transaction occurred. Highly recommend Yondr
Analytics tool is amazing
Absolutely love this app! I’ve started using it for all my everyday spending and the analytics is great at breaking it down. I also used the virtual cards and converted to a different currency when I travelled which was a game changer for me.

Great for travelling and getting pretty good as my everyday spend card
I have travelled 4 countries with this now. Worked well everywhere. I enjoy knowing how my the hotel or restaurants etc have charged in both their currency and also AUD. I can block and limit my cards easily. The reliability and experience has been great. Waiting for Apple Pay wallet to use it for my daily life transactions also.

Love the spend analytics and currency conversion
Been using Yondr for about 6 months - love the design and seeing my spend analytics in real time. I also convert between different currencies often. Get the best rates and its so quick in app

This is a great new Neo Bank / Fintech in Australia. The app is easy to use and setting up an account is quick whether you are young or old. Features such as the spend analytics and being able to lock in foreign exchange rates now for future use is great especially with travel being on everyone’s radar. I love the physical card also. It is sexy and looks sophisticated. Go Yondr!
