This app and company are terrible
Booked a car to the airport two days in advance and no car. When I called to see where the driver was the dispatcher said: "I wish you called, we didn't have your number." Which I had to enter in the app to make the reservation. Utter fail.
Waste of Time!
This is the worse app! Booked a trip and never got a car, and calling the base and no one ever answers, the automated text messages are annoying and defeated the purpose when the app doesn't even work.
