Unable to send the remmitances
After updating Kyc and also multiple complains given via mail still account is freeze difficult for persons who is on vacation and can’t use the banking app
Worst of the worst
The bank is using old fashion OTP and paper work but OTP service is not available everytime. What a cheap standard service which is like a clown. For new users, don't ever use this cheap standard bank.
App issue
If there is an option for negative 5 start i would have opted that rating, i have never ever frustrated more than this by using an app, the app is seriously freaking disgusting please close and find another job.
client application not compatible
Login issues, Error is Client application not compatible. Please update the App but there is no update and my iOS everything is up to date updated

Poor software
A very very worst banking software ever I used. After several times send the otp then only I received a OTP for login and same for fund transactions. Why two times otp verification I don’t know. Need a fastest software verification Like BML.

One of the best phone banking apps in Maldives .Very customer friendly and easy to use
Very very slow and irritating app
It’s ashamed to say that this app belongs to a major banker of India . Very very slow in processing transactions and also very slow and irritating to get otp to complete the transactions. It’s taking minimum 7 minutes to complete a transaction.
Verification and transaction issue
I have been using this app since three months and now the transaction is not possible so I reinstalled the app. Now the biggest problem is verification otp is invalid. Even after trying multiple times with correct opt received it shows invalid otp.
The apps never opens
Could you please make some changes in the app so that it opens up

Review
One of the worst bank server app which i haven been used. It will not be working when it’s necessary there is no statement to chek. You want to go bank offenly when you are in island its not easy to go and take money from bank. So try to update as soon as possible.

I’ve already login and time to time this app asking for a new startup !! Tired of giving customer id and password !! Then you’d be prompting for an OTP and you never gonna get that !!!
