Disappointed with Money YOOX Credit Restrictions
I’m very disappointed with the Money YOOX credit system. I had available Money YOOX credit, but I was unable to redeem it when choosing Apple Pay as my payment method. Customers should be able to apply their store credit first and then pay any remaining balance with their preferred payment method, including Apple Pay. This limitation makes the credit far less useful and creates a frustrating shopping experience.

Nice products but prices are too high
Yoox used to have awesome sales like the 35% countdown to 15% over several days, don’t see that anymore. Also took away our benefits for members which was the 10% discount on new arrivals. Don’t d not even get a birthday coupon. A lot has changed and not for the better🤷♀️

This is extremely difficult due to the high cost of shipping, or the free shipping fee for return requests and the exorbitant cost of refunds.
Terrible New Website and App
Smart sale section has been removed, the new website and app just made everything more difficult to navigate and slowed the system down they didn’t make anything better. Revert it, fire your development team and make prices better

Multiple times this site has just canceled my orders when items are still available and won’t match the cost when the item was placed. It’s unfair business practice!
Love this app
This app makes it so much better for browsing on your phone. It’s simple and user friendly, without glitches of any kind. The search bar makes It even easier as It categorizes everything for you and let’s you filter your searches. One of the best clothing apps out there in my opinion despite the prices of the merchandise sometimes being sketchy. Always double check they don’t list the same item twice differently priced.

Great inventory, but high-risk return process
I’ve been a loyal YOOX customer for years, which is why this is 2 stars instead of 1. Their range and prices are impressive, but their return and refund process is a major liability. My last return got stuck due to a UPS technical issue, and YOOX did absolutely nothing to help. Customer service completely ignored my emails. I am now forced to file a chargeback with my credit card provider. Download and buy with caution.
