I have had these controlers and lights that are used in the boards for 2 years now and they have worked flawlessly. On Friday evening I turned them on and could not connect to the app to control my lighting. Talked to Brad at 10pm on a Friday evening and he had the problem diagnosed and a fix in and I was up and running again in less than 24 hrs. On a weekend, outside of any normal businesses hours of operation he went above and beyond to make sure my issue was resolved! Outstanding work, product, and owner. Couldn’t be happier with this product, I am a customer for life. Thanks again Brad!
