Good gym, terrible app
The gym is good but it’s hard enough to get into lessons and worse because the app is terrible and fails.

Still unable to access online classes. £5.99 wasted. Can book into the swimming lanes for free however, even though I don’t pay for them! Wonder how many other people have found that out!

Paying £5.99 a month for the app to do my classes and has failed every single time. Can’t get access to any classes on the app!
Intermittent
The app keeps switching between a mobile form and desktop. What you get is totally random. It’s almost impossible to book using the desktop form on a mobile so the app is essentially pointless unless this is sorted out.
