Спасибо за то что сняли деньги (автоплатеж подключился автоматически) в тот день в который я хотел купить товар который можно получить раз в 3 года возврат не дали, компенсацию за 3 года ожидания мне вернёте?

По тарифу с возвратом денег за неиспользованные минуты и гб вернули самостоятельно только первый раз. Потом дважды вытрясала возврат через поддержку. Последние три месяца до поддержки вообще не достучаться, бот водит кругами, на оператора не переключает. Возврат денег естественно не приходит. Горячей линии нет. Аккаунта вк нет у меня. Буду менять оператора

самый ужасный оператор на свете, качество связи ужасное, бот ужасный вопросы не решает, интернет медленный работает с задержками, и так каждый раз

Приложение сделано ради того что бы сделать, как оно работает, неважно. Когда захочешь зайти, оно не загрузится. Смена тарифа криво сделано, планируешь тариф, видишь одну цену, принимаешь и выходишь в главное меню, цена другая. Отсутствие «безлимит» как таковой, на музыку и мессенджеры, спасибо) Это что б вы включали vpn и тратили трафик, который стоит недешево в наше время)
