won’t be accepted for ID

(EDIT-thanks for getting back to me. Though when I went through your FAQ looking for accepted places for ID it did not tell me to look back in the app as per your link. It just gave a list of organisations presented to. Unfortunately I’ve already deleted the app now)
So your faq states you have “PRESENTED “ the app to the met police and other UK organisations and various operations titled. So why haven’t these organisations accepted Yoti as a valid proof of ID? Also your chat bot says it’s up to business to advertise if they accept Yoti or not. So what’s the use in me keeping this app for ID? if you can’t even publicly list who accepts it or not!

Hi, thanks for leaving. areview. It’s up to the retailer's discretion whether they choose to accept any ID. But if you have the app, just tap on 'Explore' (along the bottom) there's a list of places you can use Yoti online and in-person there. If you're not on the app yet, check out https://www.yoti.com/where-to-use-yoti/ . We're working on increasing our acceptance scope. Hopefully we'll have good news for you and all our users soon. L’application ne reconnaît pas la carte d’identité française manifestement puisque bien qu’elle ait été prise en photo correctement après un nombre de tentatives assez élevées (contrairement aux applications de trading où cela est beaucoup plus rapide), l’application ne reconnaît pas ce type de document.

Verification failure with so many different tries

So a website sent me to the yoti scanner to scan ,u cant scan from the same mobile where you using the website and to follow up i tried taking screenshot and scan through that and whenever i try it shows and error or refresh option ,i tried clicking picture of scanner and scan from the pic of other phone still wasn’t working ,i tried many options but stuck same cant move so worst experience
