Just refuses to use my camera for whatever reason I’ve given permission, web app sucks just errors out on my face or just refuses to use my front camera. So I have no options left

No point downloading the app and taking the time to add all your documents you can’t use it anywhere as nowhere accepts Digital ID as a real form of ID, waste of time just carry your physical ID with you don’t waste time with this app.

I tried countless times to delete my account but it does not want to let me because sometimes it says I’m not real and other times it says it does not match my face when I created my account. I tried reaching out to the support team but they dont reply
Garbage, don’t bother
Like almost every other “face ID” app, this piece of trash does not work. Face is quite literally “in the frame”, app refuses to recognize this . Looking straight at the camera, it gives the usual “look straight ahead” nonsense

Ive been trying for months to use Claude. Keeps failing says I might not be 18, uploads fail of ID it’s terrible JUST LET ME USE THE AI BRUH. Picture never works and I certainly don’t look young.
