In my experience, Yotta has almost no effective customer support. I’ve contacted them multiple times requesting that my account be permanently deleted, but they have ignored my requests. A company that offers gambling-related products should have responsible gambling tools and should promptly honor permanent account deletion requests.
Another feature I found very concerning is that after requesting a withdrawal, you can still cancel it for several days. In my opinion, this creates unnecessary temptation for people to reverse their withdrawal and keep playing, increasing the risk of losing their winnings.
