SCAM!!

I’m only giving 5 stars so you all can see my review. I ran my money up immediately to almost $150 and have not been able to cash out to any of the options they offer. I contacted support (which took about 2 weeks) to get directed to AEROPAY’s customer support. I’ve been waiting for 3 days for a response as they said “sending multiple emails will basically get you skipped”. I just want my money! DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP!!!

Don’t play this app

I played. I won. And because I’m in the middle of a name change and my account and my id mismatched I didn’t get my winnings. When I reached out to support instead of asking for supporting documents like my court order and or a second form or ID….they just closed my account.

The app has been verifying my identity for over two weeks. Let me spend real money to buy sc but won’t let me play anything due to app still trying to verify my identity. Can’t even get a refund so now I’m out of money with even getting a chance to win anything. Seems like a scam to me.
