For me the Accountable app provided exactly what I needed to help in my sobriety journey. I was paired with an incredibly professional associate Carrie who excelled in all her responsibilities, mainly her ability to connect and relate to me. The app, Carrie and team gave me what I needed. Accountability. And the opportunity to do what was necessary. They didn’t push, micromanage or judge. They provided the platform. Carrie was outstanding and a huge part of the reason it worked for me. The cost was a challenge and I hope at some stage it can be covered by insurance so all who need it have access to it. Thank you Carrie, you were a star.

This program was extremely helpful in my mental health and harm reduction journey. Christine Spangle gave me great insight and made it very easy to talk about things. Working with Christine Spangle during my recovery journey was truly life-changing. From the very beginning, she created an environment where I felt comfortable, supported, and understood. Christine has an amazing ability to connect with people on a personal level — she is incredibly down to earth, genuine, and easy to talk to.
What stood out most was how supportive and encouraging she was every step of the way. Recovery is not always easy, but Christine always knew how to motivate me while still showing compassion and understanding. She never made me feel judged and always reminded me to focus on progress, not perfection.

A powerful guide in recovery
The accountable team I was placed with worked diligently to keep my recovery journey moving in the right direction. My care coach, Amy Hamilton, would even call to make sure I was safe if I missed too many tests!
