This program was extremely helpful in my mental health and harm reduction journey. Christine Spangle gave me great insight and made it very easy to talk about things. The app was also very convenient to track progress. Communication is very clear and organized. Overall would definitely recommend this program!

What an experience!
Working with Christine Spangle during my recovery journey was truly life-changing. From the very beginning, she created an environment where I felt comfortable, supported, and understood. Christine has an amazing ability to connect with people on a personal level — she is incredibly down to earth, genuine, and easy to talk to.
What stood out most was how supportive and encouraging she was every step of the way. Recovery is not always easy, but Christine always knew how to motivate me while still showing compassion and understanding. She never made me feel judged and always reminded me to focus on progress, not perfection.
Beyond her professionalism, Christine’s personality made such a huge difference. She is funny, personable, and has a way of making difficult conversations feel lighter and manageable. Her positive energy and sense of humor helped me through some really challenging moments and made the process feel less overwhelming.

A powerful guide in recovery
The accountable team I was placed with worked diligently to keep my recovery journey moving in the right direction. My care coach, Amy Hamilton, would even call to make sure I was safe if I missed too many tests!

Being able to add friends and family to my care team gives them peace of mind, as well as, helping me to avoid making bad decisions.
