トライアルで気に入り、課金プランを契約しました。しかし課金後からエラーが多発してその度に私に非がないにも関わらずクエリーが減り、お金を無駄にした気分になりました。運営に問い合わせても『エラーが起こるのは把握してる。どんな時に発生するか知りたいからエラーが起きた時の画像など共有してくれ』との返答があるのみでクエリーに対する補償や補填の申し出がなかったことも残念でした。信頼に値しない会社に画像などの個人情報を共有するつとりは全くありません。もう2度と課金しません。詐欺アプリみたいです

I tried to find a foundation shad on there that suits me so I could shade match others then when I screenshotted it blocked the camera . So disappointing

Well, I can’t find a simple way to email customer support for this app to find out why I can’t restore my purchase after paying for the pro version last January. I just got kicked out of it and I can’t make it work and you guys have made it almost impossible to contact so, here’s your one star review that I’ll be happy to remove once you’ve contacted me so to rectify my purchase… ~BA

Anti-LGBTQIA+

I’ve used this app for years with a premium subscription and I’ve always found it very good. As of late it has become very anti-LGBTQIA+. Apparently fully clothed same sex couples holding Pride flags is now a sensitive image. The app happily takes the in app purchase amount for an image to video clip that it then asks you to remove. It violates Australia’s anti-discrimination & consumer protection laws. I’ll now be looking for an app that isn’t homophobic. Oddly enough when using a woman in image to video it will generate a clip showing very inappropriate areas of a woman’s body. Did a deviant homophobe programme the AI?

Appalling customer service, stay clear

After doing the week trial, i was charged for a whole year at lunchtime on deadline day.
The app and apple know my details so why was I not given a reminder.
Despite an appeal, I now have an app I will not use.
Greed, no empathy, stay clear.

Do Not Download - EVER

I downloaded this app while attempting to set up a small camera my children received as a gift. Unfortunately, this was not the correct app for the product, and I did not realize I was authorizing a $79.99 annual subscription.

I never created an account, never meaningfully used the service, and contacted the developer immediately after discovering the charge. I was told that only Apple could issue a refund. After multiple discussions with Apple, I was informed that Apple had contacted the developer regarding the refund request and that the developer declined to approve a refund.

As a result, I was charged $79.99 for a service I never used and never intended to purchase. While I understand subscription policies exist, this outcome feels unfair given the mistaken download, lack of account registration, lack of usage, and immediate effort to resolve the issue.

As a California consumer, this experience raises concerns about transparency and customer expectations surrounding subscription purchases and refunds.

I hope the developer reconsiders its position and provides a refund. Until then, I would encourage potential users to carefully review any subscription terms before downloading.

Apple used to be customer first - they are now revenue first. The Google Pixel is looking more appealing.

I will be filing complaints as my children are shocked how unfair. If you’ve had a similar experience see below.
