Too many glitches
I am not happy with this app . I paid for a month and can’t even use the videos because they glitch so much
What’s happening?!?!?! Is this YouCam or YouScam?!?!?!
I am subscribed till Nov 2026 (YouCam Video) and I can’t do anything bec the app is asking me to subscribe. I uninstalled and re-subscribed by restoring my previous purchase and you charged me $70 + ?!?!?!
I have screenshots of my subscription as proof.
Please rectify this and refund my money.
And btw, I am having the same problems with my YouCam Perfect!!!!

Very disappointing experience.
Very disappointing experience. My subscription renewed automatically without me realizing it was still active. I cancelled it immediately, never used the app after renewal, and requested a refund in good faith, but it was denied. This has completely destroyed my trust in this app. I expected much better treatment of loyal customers. Be very careful with automatic renewals before downloading this app.

I give it one star cause it has free trials, which is stupid and unnecessary. Like, why would you wanna get an app that only wants to have your money? Paying but can’t use
I paid for a monthly subscription so I can work and I can’t even SAVE THE VIDEO. It’s useless

Issues not accessible
This App is Not Accessible for very Low vision it purchased twice Accidentally .I don’t want the App or intend to use it I want my money back this App doesn’t make getting your money back easy ..I was checking into it I didn’t want to Purchase..

Pretty terrible
I told it to make a stop motion video, and it just put together a couple of the images I sent, and added a voiceover about some random life story I didint ask for

I uploaded a video to be edited, even had to purchase more credits all for you to then produce me a stock video of your inventory not even my video, the video provided was a group of Asian young kids the video I uploaded was a wedding of complete different people so not even close just ripped me off

Server is not currently available seems to be a recurring error message all day trying to work on a <20sec video. Waste of $

Credits
I clicked free trial and then deleted the app but when I redownloaded it still said start free trial so i clicked it and they charged me $80 and wouldnt refund me and my subscription credits also expired and I never got to use those either .!!!! Terrible
My money was deducted and subscription was not activated
My money was deducted on 21st may but subscription was not activated, and i had to pay again, please refund the amount of the subscription which is not activated

Terrible! Don’t buy!
I purchased this app and paid for a one year subscription and then went ahead and canceled the subscription so that it wouldn’t auto renew in a year. When I canceled the renewing subscription it just completely canceled my plan and I can’t figure out after a month, how to get it to work again I’m so dissatisfied and I highly don’t recommend this app! The support is also NOT helpful!
