Love the idea, sometimes poor execution
I was enjoying this app until one day I was unable to play. No matter how many times I click on the start button, it does not open the set of images for that level. I’ve restarted the app and deleted and redownloaded many times. It was working briefly and went back to being unable to play.
Too quick
Too quick to assess the lesions properly. Not consistent with clinical practice and many of the images do not appear consistent with their diagnosis. This just increases clinical uncertainty for me with no discussion or information after the quiz for learning.
No learning/teaching feature
The app provides no teaching/insight into WHY a lesion was classified in a certain category. I still don’t know why some answers are incorrect.

Good concept but with room for improvement
What would be most useful for training purposes, that is lacking at the moment, is the ability to review the dermoscopic images after completion of the sessions with explanation of the features pointing to the correct diagnosis.

Please make this available to non-physician clinicians. I’m a dermatology PA and have 5 years of dermoscopy experience but I am unable to register to use this because I am not a physician as it states that this is for “physicians only”. Why?
Great practicing tool
Brilliant idea and concept.
Even better would be a comment to each image as to what specific features diagnose the lesion - once the quiz was done…?

Unusable
Tried to register, couldn’t get past the consent screen, wouldn’t let me choose “I agree”

Assessment time is so limited that this tool cannot be used for decent learning or considered assessment.

Lots of photos but the strict time limit to answer them just promotes guesswork rather than giving an opportunity to properly analyse the lesions. No explanations as to how the lesions can be identified.
Would suit an experienced dermatologist looking to practice but of less use to the general physician looking to develop new skills.

The best training game for what I needed to learn.
Once I got it to complete registration, by putting in a different county?! I got it working.

Good resource, but would be better if cases in training section had explanations to it, otherwise can’t be called “training”
