Seems good but I can’t seem to subscribe

I am on iPhone and I can’t seem to press subscribe as it just doesn’t do anything unfortunately it seems a good idea though

Cancelled session

My young driver experience was cancelled, the link to rebook doesn’t work and is ‘unavailable’ , the email is a no reply @ ? I have submitted an enquiry through the app and no response?

Cancelled at the last minute

Had my son’s birthday gift cancelled last minute. Sent via a no reply email. Including a link to rebook that doesn’t work. How is that acceptable? Also charged me twice and had to make several calls to get the extra charge refunded. App is useless and whole process is unprofessional. Cancellation sent after office hours so can’t contact anyone. Poor customer service at every step.
