Cancelled session
My young driver experience was cancelled, the link to rebook doesn’t work and is ‘unavailable’ , the email is a no reply @ ? I have submitted an enquiry through the app and no response?

Cancelled at the last minute
Had my son’s birthday gift cancelled last minute. Sent via a no reply email. Including a link to rebook that doesn’t work. How is that acceptable? Also charged me twice and had to make several calls to get the extra charge refunded. App is useless and whole process is unprofessional. Cancellation sent after office hours so can’t contact anyone. Poor customer service at every step.

Used this app religiously and passed today
Passed with flying colours thank to this app!!! It’s definitely worth the price to get access to all the theory questions!!!
Stopped working after two days
saying to check back in when i have better wifi, but is able to download everything bar the theory test. Checked it’s not a problem with my wifi and my phone or any other part of the app. Completely terrible i can access everything bar the questions and test
Great idea, fun and enjoyable
We have had our Grandkids 10 - 14 yrs to a number of these events and they get a lot from it and really enjoy their driving experience with really great instructors, making then feel very much relaxed.

Lost information at checkout
After making five bookings using vouchers all the information was lost at checkout. No information as to why.

Fantastic. The only problem is I can’t book the Elvington half day. Only one date available which we can’t do. Would like more dates.
Same day cancelled lesson
We had reminders a couple of days before by text. All ok.
On the day of the lesson, I had a text at 10am stating the 3pm lesson for that day had been cancelled due to a clash with another event at the venue
After checking and finding that there is no event at the venue, I called the number given for contact on lesson day - a message to say the phone is switched off.
I called the office no answer.
Disgusted with the lack of service and late cancellation for invalid reason

Love the virtual driving lessons
Managed to learn how to drive from my phone… at the same time as taking real driving lessons. Made me feel more confident when i went out with my instructor. Def worth the £
Really useful app for learners
This contains lots of fab information and the 360 videos are great, never seen anything like them before! Really handy to help teens revise the important manoeuvres. Would recommend!
Great app and I can drive a real car when I’m 15!
Young driver is a fantastic idea! Not only does this app help enormously with theory and driver training, but as a person under 17 I can also DRIVE A REAL CAR, getting experience in a car at ione of their dedicated safe private venues. The app is great, but the driving lessons have been totally invaluable, my first time on a real road and I’ve already had 6 hours with a real driving instructor in a real car at the NEC in Birmingham. Genius! Thanks guys!
