In what world does a pub need to know my gender
Honestly, this app feels like a data mining operation, why do I need to enter an email and my gender? Why do I need an account at all? Why is the UX just terrible? One location had three separate "Mains" menus with the exact same entry?
Does not allow Canada or US phone numbers to register
Why would it allow phone numbers from Aland Islands and Bhutan but not US and Canada? Please fix as obviously so many reviewers have had same issue. We cannot order at Young's Pubs as a result of this bug.

Such a convoluted app for what’s meant to be an easy process. Easier to order in person
Payment went but order didn’t go through
My payment went through but the order didn’t go through because of a “Network error”. The bar had to check my bank transactions and do the order manually. Fix your app please, it’s a pain for the customer and the bars themselves. A payment should not be taken if the order fails to go through. Do better as engineers - cheers

Bad app
Impossible to register… app fails to send both sms and email codes to register. Also doesn’t make use of the autofill functionality.
Poorly thought out
Not sure why the app doesn’t allow U.S. phone number holders to sign up. U.S. people go to the bars…

No Canada or US
Tried to sign up but while Russia was an option there was no way to put in a phone number starting with +1 for the US.
Completely worthless app.
The drop down list of country codes doesn’t include the U.S./America/The United States. Apparently the developers forgot about that little skirmish 250 years ago and think we are still under the King.
No option for US phone
There is no option to create an account if you are from the states. You have the outlying American islands but not the mainland. Reading through other reviews, this bug should have been fixed in 2 years. This has not been an issue at any other pubs we have visited across the country. Unacceptable in a global commercial environment.

Hungry and poorer
Ordered through the app, but after 45 mins was told the order never came through. I had to leave by that point without food. I was still charged though. Now I need to try and get a refund. Nightmare.

Cannot use the app to order at a pub with a US phone number. They have a variety of countries available on their list but not the US.

Can’t scroll down enough to enter all the details required to register. Epic fail at the first hurdle
