App is non functional
App is broken thereâs no way to get into it. Face ID is disabled after a little while and then the pin screen is non-functional you can not enter any numbers or select the text field so you canât get into the app.

This latest app downloaded in the largest font which does not display properly. Fix this for it to function properly.

Buggy and freezes
Often wont open, freezes or non responsive. The circle animation on startup gets stuck and wonât continue to the login screen. Requires you to force quit and restart the app. Sometimes wont work but the online banking on laptop is fine. Frustrating.
Epic Fail
Terrible App, constantly logs me out so I have to re-register. Now I canât access it at all.. worst banking app

So many problems with the app just not letting me in, it freezes and wonât load. I think it needs an update asap!

This is a terrible app. It seems to not work about as often as it does work. Feature poor and full of terrible design decisions. Just use the website.

Why does my app keep refusing to open and coming up error? Then I delete it and reinstall it, and it works fine again. Itâs getting really annoying.

Whatâs the point of using facial recognition if you still have to put in a PIN?
Auto login on opening please, instead of having to press two buttons, face recognition, PIN and then open to an empty screen.

iPad Fail
This version will not display in landscape mode on an iPad. You also do not have the option to do multiple transfers without returning to the home screen.
It's... fine. But why does it have such a generic name?
You understand this isn't the only app we have on our phones, right? It's not even the only bank app I have. Put the name of the bank as the name of the app. "Your Banking". It's not yours, it's mine.
The app itself works. That's about as much as can be said. It's about the useful as the last version, though it looks a little different.

Do not love.
Absolute joke. Moving the quick balance from the Home Screen was dumb. But then neither quick balance nor savings goal actually work. Iâve tried to set them multiple times and it never saves it.
Not working - donât do the update!
Since updating the app 29-12-22 I canât use it.
I log in then it tells me due to inactivity it has logged me out. It does this every time I log in.
