The deal is simple: you set the tasks you need to complete today, you pick the apps that distract you most — and those apps stay locked until your list is done. No tricks, no loopholes, no "just five more minutes" on Instagram before you've started. --- BUILT ON APPLE REMINDERS Tasks live in Apple Reminders, so they sync with iCloud and work alongside your existing lists. Add them in this app, in Siri, or in the Reminders app itself — everything stays in sync. REAL APP BLOCKING Uses Apple's Screen Time framework — the same one Apple uses to enforce Focus modes. This isn't a trick that stops working after a day. Picked apps stay shielded until you've checked off your list. DAILY ROUTINES Recurring tasks reset automatically. Workout every weekday? Vitamins every morning? Set it once and it shows up every day it should. HOME SCREEN WIDGETS Check tasks off directly from the widget — no need to open the app. Lock Screen widgets, Dynamic Island support, and Live Activities keep your progress visible wherever you look. STRICT MODE For the serious days: lock down the settings too, so you can't unblock your apps by just deselecting them. Commit to the day. PRIVACY FIRST No accounts. No sign-ups. No servers.
