Do This is a to-do app that holds exactly one task. Long lists are where ADHD brains get stuck. Every item is another decision about what to do first, and the list ends up being the thing you work on. Do This skips all that. Type the one thing you're doing right now, do it, tap done, then type the next one. • One task at a time. No lists, no due dates, no setup. • Always in view: on your Lock Screen as a Live Activity, in the Dynamic Island, and in home screen widgets. • Finish without opening the app. Tap done from the Lock Screen, a widget or your Apple Watch. • Optional reminders that nudge you until the task is done. • Quietly keeps time, so you can see how long you've been at it. • Undo, in case you tap done by accident. • Siri and Shortcuts support. One-time purchase. No subscription, no ads, no account.

Your phone is the biggest obstacle between you and a productive day. This app turns that around. The deal is simple: you set the tasks you need to complete today, you pick the apps that distract you most — and those apps stay locked until your list is done. No tricks, no loopholes, no "just five more minutes" on Instagram before you've started. --- BUILT ON APPLE REMINDERS Tasks live in Apple Reminders, so they sync with iCloud and work alongside your existing lists. Add them in this app, in Siri, or in the Reminders app itself — everything stays in sync. REAL APP BLOCKING Uses Apple's Screen Time framework — the same one Apple uses to enforce Focus modes. This isn't a trick that stops working after a day. Picked apps stay shielded until you've checked off your list. DAILY ROUTINES Recurring tasks reset automatically. Workout every weekday? Vitamins every morning? Set it once and it shows up every day it should. HOME SCREEN WIDGETS Check tasks off directly from the widget — no need to open the app. Lock Screen widgets, Dynamic Island support, and Live Activities keep your progress visible wherever you look. STRICT MODE For the serious days: lock down the settings too, so you can't unblock your apps by just deselecting them. Commit to the day. PRIVACY FIRST No accounts. No sign-ups. No servers. Everything happens on your iPhone. We literally can't see your tasks or which apps you block — that data never leaves your device. --- WHO IT'S FOR - The "I'll just quickly check…" type who ends up scrolling for 30 minutes - Students trying to actually study instead of watching Reels - Remote workers fighting notification overload - Anyone building new morning or evening routines - People who've tried every focus app and still can't stop picking up their phone --- ONE TIME. FOREVER. One purchase. Everything included. No ads, no subscriptions, no "Pro version" gatekeeping behind a paywall. I don't believe focus tools should cost five euros a month forever. --- MADE BY AN INDIE I'm Flo — a solo developer building small, focused iOS apps I'd want to use myself.
