Scam/Fraud
I downloaded this app last year, used for about 3/4 months and then i cancelled my plan which was not ease… last july when i did not even had the app installed i got a charge on my credit card and sent a message to my credit card issuer saying that i don’t recognize the payment. This company sent lots of pictures that you can’t see anything in it trying to say that I didn’t cancel it. I then downloaded the app again and even clicking on forgot my password, they send me a new one but the app say that my email doesn’t have an account… i tried 3 times and had the same response. I want my money back otherwise i will talk to my lawyer . Don’t waste your time with this scam/fraud

They make it extremely difficult to cancel and keep charging you month after month.
Subscription is hard to cancel
There is nowhere in the app to self manage your subscription, you only have the option to email them via a contact box and then they will cancel once they process the email, It’s pretty pricey as well. No refunds either.

This app auto subscribes, so if you forget they automatically charge a renewal at 3 times the cost of the original subscription. I contacted them the same day the app auto renewed and they would not cancel or refund. It’s a scam.

Almost impossible to cancel as the system is set up to take you around in circles and never be able to cancel. I then had to email the company to cancel and it’s like they didn’t want to help me. I ended up calling my bank and raise an issue to block the app from taking my money.

Do not use!
I haven't had this app since 2020! It didn't work out for me. I thought it was canceled back in 2020. Just saw a payment being taken from my account today. They're taking payments from me for 5 years! I've only used the app for a few months back in 2020. Can't see an option to cancel membership. No one to talk to.

Do not download this app they will steal money from you.
There’s no way to get a hold of anybody only through emails. There’s no phone number. I’ve been trying to cancel this subscription for a long time and they still keep taking money from me and they do not fix the problem. This is ridiculous. Do not download this app because they will steal money from you. They keep billing me. And I’ve been trying to cancel my subscription and I can’t. There’s no way how this is ridiculous. They will rob you if you try to cancel your subscription.

Hi. Looks great. Received shopping list as pdf download. Encouraged to use app, clicked the link but app states ‘cannot reclaim previous purchase. 😟. What do I do? Hence two star, but judging by other reviews it will be more.

I got this ap after answering all these personal questions online and saw the recipes were unsuitable , and not even Keto !
After about 10mins I asked for a refund (I paid $55AUd) and they refused because I agreed to the ‘terms and conditions’ ….
Basically don’t let yourself be robbed.

Do not buy! They continue to charge after cancellation!
8 months ago I CANCELLED my subscription through their link and I am STILL BEING CHARGED. I have been emailing back and forth for months only to have them tell me they sent a cancellation link 8months ago (duh!) and to click the link again! I had already gone through this process once but thought I’d do as they said and low and behold, I received an email saying I don’t have an account with them!
No effort to resolve or refund the additional $132 I have been charged since cancellation has been made at all. I’m furious, out of pocket and highly recommend you look elsewhere for a Keto app.

Awful don’t waste your money
App is very glitchy and wasn’t accessible for 4 days. Terrible interface and useage. Honestly do not waste your cash on this app. Poor customer service. Difficult and long and drawn out cancellation process. And constant upsell notifications. All about taking your money.

There is no way to cancel the subscription. The app is not even showing up in my settings.

Hello! We're sorry for the hassle, but since the app was purchased through the iTunes Store, we aren't able to handle refunds/cancellation directly. The best way to get this sorted out is by reaching out to Apple Support, and they should be able to help you from there.
Not great
Not user friendly for an oldie. Thought I was signed up for the first 3 months. Didn’t like it so deleted the app. Didn’t realise til 6 months later I was still being charged. Was hard to find how to cancel.
Do not even bother
The app is glitchy and if your like me you’ll end up accidentally signing up twice for a subscription.
I have disability and didn’t understand what I was signing up to as the site didn’t work properly hence I tried the app.
It is disappointing how you advertise to be helpful and easy simple to use but offer the opposite.
I for one will not advocate for you and I think it’s a disgrace that you have chosen this route and not done the correct thing but chosen to hide behind t&c no one reads!!!
I will find a better solution for Keto support and will encourage others to do the same. We are vulnerable people looking for help not to be taken advantage off.
