Ridiculously poor function
This app is really buggy, constantly freezes, impairs one’s ability to provide prompt. Patient patient care. This really needs to be fixed.
No update available!
8/23/24 the app page states there’s been an update available for 1 week that fixes the messaging issue, but there is no such update…please fix this!

Just wondering if there will be an update soon? The app is getting buggy and I can't see pictures, all my children, or correspondence.
Not Very User Friendly
Everytime I go back in the app, I am forced to log in again. Tried sending a message and the app just hung and did nothing. Not a good app at all
Amazing app: cuts down on after hours calls
We have used this app so frequently! It cut down drastically the times we would have wanted to use the after hours “phone a nurse” option. It’s great for identifying exactly is wrong which we used a lot when our kids were infants. Now for our toddlers its so helpful to get to look up correct dosages of medicine by weight! I would 100% recommend to any parent.
