Not logging in
Why could it be that the app doesn’t open?
Awful app
I don’t have an active account and when I try to create one it tells me it’s in use. What?! MyChart is so much better than this pathetic app. Instead of offering support I was instructed to contact my provider.
Horrible
App works great unless you want to send a portal message. Fill everything out with a nice little paragraph just to not be able to submit… (the submit button is not lit up) before you start to type it’s lite up and ready to submit, until you start typing… then you have to close the app and try a few more times…. Good luck, better off just calling the office.

I liked the original version
When I upload the new app I was surprised to see how much had changed. Wasn’t sure if it was because of some type of HIPPA violation. I can only say I rather have the original version back.
The logo you can’t tell it’s for AHVI. Very sterile looking after logins. I hope whom ever is on the committee that voted to redesign this site, please rethink this design and do something better.
