Inconvenient now
Before when you booted up the app you had the option of the app remembering your username, now it’s not even an option. And makes navigation inconvenient. Other banking apps have this why doesn’t this one? Definitely worth 2 stars.

Was working flawlessly until two weeks.
Was unable to make a payment for my loan and almost went delinquent Until I was able to stop by my local branch to submit payment. I am not too happy.

Payment To Loan
Don’t know what happened but all my of sudden can’t make loan payments through app. When you click on your loan there is a button that says pay. Well that button now is completely gray doesn’t say pay anymore just gray box. When you click on that pay box it’s supposed to go to another page with 3 options. It shows it 3 boxes all gray then goes right back to original page. So no way to make loan payments through bank app. This needs to be fixed.

Terrible update
This new app is terrible along with the website design. I shouldn’t have to login multiple times to do things between my accounts. All transactions are never shown. Whoever designed this app and the website needs to go back to school for more training and also maybe some customer service training.
