I love the feature that notifies me of “new listings”based on my search criteria! I put in the type of properties I’m interested in sit back and wait for notifications. It saves me time and I don’t miss out on opportunities because of this feature. Love it!!!

Notifications

I love the ‘New Listings’ notifications I get on my phone and email. Keeps me up-to-date on properties I’m interested in that hit the market. Was super easy to set up. And it allowed me to set up multiple searches so I get notifications on different areas that I’m interested in.

This app has easy communication with each agent and trackable progress. WHICH I LOVE!
I am also able to favorite homes that I am interested in, so I can refer back to them. And the search filter is great for finding exactly what I need.
