I love the feature that notifies me of “new listings”based on my search criteria! I put in the type of properties I’m interested in sit back and wait for notifications. It saves me time and I don’t miss out on opportunities because of this feature. Love it!!!

I love the ‘New Listings’ notifications I get on my phone and email. Keeps me up-to-date on properties I’m interested in that hit the market. Was super easy to set up. And it allowed me to set up multiple searches so I get notifications on different areas that I’m interested in.

This app has easy communication with each agent and trackable progress. WHICH I LOVE!
I am also able to favorite homes that I am interested in, so I can refer back to them. And the search filter is great for finding exactly what I need.

Great app to easily connect me to a good search engine for homes and an agent I want to work with. I like the navigation and timelines as well as being able to store favorites and take notes on each of them. Great app

This has been by FAR the best app to search for homes! The best feature is that it keeps you connected and updated with your agent and the process of looking at and buying a home!!! 10/10 would recommend to ALL real estate agents and anyone else who may be looking at or buying or selling a home!
