Users take a photo of their documents via the app. Intelligent image detection technology automatically corrects lighting and perspective to ensure that only the best quality image is captured. Highly accurate data extraction software reads your image and allows the secure, encrypted transfer of data from the user’s mobile device to your designated business or document management system via our secure cloud server. This can also be set to automatically trigger a workflow. For example, if an expense claim was uploaded, a manager could receive a notification to approve or reject the claim, greatly reducing time delays.
