My children know I love Yours clothes so this year they got me vouchers for Mother’s Day.
It’s a nightmare trying to use them.
I eventually found out you can only use them if you order on the main page. After seeing adverts and choosing what I want to order and getting very frustrated I wrote to them and that’s what I was told!

I love shopping online at yours however when using an iPhone to place orders you cannot check out using a gift card which should be an option. Frustrating

Check your promo code doesn’t disappear!
Be warned that promo codes disappear between basket and checking out! You have to paste it again before pressing pay! Also Yours now doesn’t register Bluelight discount codes even though Bluelight clearly have codes!

Had a 10% discount code, tried to use it on a large order and it wouldn’t accept it, tried to get onto contact services and there doesn’t appear to be one in the UK!

Doesn’t show what you write in search bar
It’s hard enough trying to find what your looking for in a vast amount of clothes and the search bar is useless, it shows you a lot of different items which have no relevance to the description put in the search bar.
Nightmare to buy with a gift card!!
I’ve been trying to use a gift card to buy 2 articles! I’ve nearly thrown it away in frustration! I put the card number in and it said I had £40 credit now!
It never appeared anywhere when I got to the checkout,I kept trying to find it again and it’s never appeared again! Now I’ve been told to order the 2 items and pay for them and they will refund the £40 voucher! I’d emailed 4 or 5 times before Christmas as they were presents I’ve only had an answer today? Too late for Christmas!! It’s not just me either, so many complaining about using their gift cards!

I can’t fault YOURS at all. Quality is fantastic and doesn’t shrink when you wash them. So much to choose from and you can finally not have to hide when you go into shops.

Wouldn’t knock any , birthday code off , or discount code. Very disappointed
Terrible app
Says it costs £22 then goes up to £30 when I press checkout.
Also returns no results if I sort by low to high.

Nothing works
It seems like every step is not working properly. Downloaded the app and this is my user journey so far
1. Searched for the item: doesn’t work properly, even if the exact title of the item is used, it returns no result.
2.Adding item to the basket - If item is already added to the basket and you go back to the same item to add another size. It doesn’t ask for the size and just adds the same size.
3.UI of the screen - The way how short/regular/ large sizes are displayed is confusing.
4.Login- after you logs in, the basket becomes empty.
5.Placing order- failed to pay with applepay. The amount displayed on the app was not the same as displayed on apple pay
6. Deleting the app and going back to web.

Not bad but not great
The app itself works fine but what really annoys me is the red dot notifications that when you go into the app there isn’t actually a notification but when you come out the app the red dot is still there! So frustrating!
Can’t see items
I cannot view the items on the app so can’t buy anything - get descriptions but no pictures - very frustrating

Good quality clothes and amazing to be able to order large sizes.
