Login doesn’t work
Every time I try to create an account it says error ive made sure all my info is right and nothing

Every time you try to create an account, you’ll just be met with an “Error. Please try again.”

Why does it log me out every time and I put in my username and password and it just doesn’t work app is so poorly designed it sucks

We love youth on course and what they do for the kids. If there are future updates to the app, can the youth on course ID/Ghin be easier to find maybe right under their name on their profile page?
I spent 10 mins going all over to find it when they asked for it.
Also when searching for courses, is it possible to search by name of town and or city like on the website? When traveling or looking ahead for courses where we might be headed, don’t always know the zip code of the area and we aren’t always at the current location of the courses we may want to play.
Scrolling through searched/listed courses stops or slows down instead of continuing so if you’re trying to scroll quickly the swipe right seems to be pretty sensitive. it always switches back to the profile and you have to search again. Hopefully some of these changes can be implemented. Thanks!

One of the single worst experiences I’ve had this app does not work well the car does not show up consistently cannot interact with it as his intended you guys need to get your stuff together
Not able to log in
I can’t log into my account. It says “Error try again later” every time I attempt to log into. I’m not sure if it’s because I have a Canadian ID but please fix this!!
Terrible set up
After all the updates and new tech this app is terrible to navigate and should be put to shame, I will now mess up all golf courses I play terrible
Buggy
I like the app in general however every time I try to login when I click the “login” button nothing happens it does not tell me my password is wrong (I know it’s right) nothing happens and it’s very frustrating especially when your at the course and it won’t work.

Broken Sign in Button
App used to work great now after an update it has me login again after entering my user ID and password and pressing sign in it it does nothing. The sign in button does not work.
New UI
The new UI looks great, seems like it could be a great app, but SO many bugs. All the verification/account finisher dont work/dont register completion and it doesn’t recognize Canadian ID. Extremely brutal process and very annoying.

Broken
The latest update broke the app. I can sign in but I can’t see anything including my children’s Youth On Course IDs.

it cured my cancer and made me a +43 handicap after 2 days of signing up

Must have if you have a youth golfer. So many course options at a discounted rate for them to play. Awesome app!
Site navigation problems
I renewed my grandson‘s account yesterday and the app still shows as expired. There is no way to get up with a live person to discuss any questions or problems. You have to wait for someone to get back to you via email when you have a question or problem.
Youth on golf
My son enjoys having time with his friends. It gives him the opportunity to to be outside and it is a beautiful course.

We greatly appreciate “youth on course” program. I do not play golf but YOC gives my son the opportunity to play on courses I could never afford. Unfortunately I am beginning to see many courses that formerly honored YOC now significantly limiting YOC play time or no longer honoring it.

Yes, limiting or not honoring the Youth on Course rate is a huge concern for us as well. We are trying as hard as possible to continue to build positive relationships with our course partners and add more places to play. Please thank the courses that participate and let them know the difference that it makes. That simple act helps everybody greatly.
