The App is garbage - put your customers first!
One glitch results in thousands of lost sales, people can’t create an account to order. Your two factor authentication doesn’t work. I can’t bypass it to place an order.
You’re loosing sight of the core component of your business - your customers! Without customers, businesses fail. This is Business 101. Meet your customers needs, if they want to pay by card, let them. If they want to call in an order, let them. If they don’t want to do download an app, they shouldn’t have to.
This business model is just a data play, maybe that’s how they make money because it’s certainly not serving customers.

Not a Restaurant-It’s a lifestyle
App has a ton of bugs to work out such as billing address defaults to business address, so much personal information required to order food. Wait a couple years for the developers to catch up to the vision.
